About me.

Hi , Welcome to my shop! I'm so glad your here, I cant wait to meet you, follow your blog and help you grow!

A little about me. I'm from Ontario Canada. I'm a wife and mom to 4 kiddos. My schooling is in culinary arts (my heart has always been baking), but after having a family I left the industry and started sewing for my own children's clothing company,which i ran for over 10 years. I took all my own photos for my shop and loved it , so when I closed shop I knew exactly what I wanted to do next! I was a hobbyist photographer for 10 years before diving into weddings, family and baby/ maternity professionally about 3 years ago. I found the pretty focused course and graduated in 5 months, I couldn't wait to jump into the industry and use both my photography and culinary skills!

I'm a lover of all things sweet, but I also love to cook so you'll find a lot of sweet with a bit of savory mixed in on my site. I love technical recipes, that give me a bit of a challenge, although there's nothing like a 20 minute cookie that I can make to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I've been slowly reducing my refined sugar so you will find a lot of my recipes have less refined sugar but all of the natural sweetness they need. 

We live in the country on a few acres where we are blessed to have a big garden and some chicken. A couple of porches for prayers and coffee. I'm a lover of Jehovah god and people. I spend my days with my kiddos , homeschooling them and spending as much time outside as we can!
